Reflexology Meridian Points

Reflexology Meridian points are places where the energy highways in our bodies exit or enter the body.

All energy is flowing somewhere. It is flowing in, through or out of our bodies.

The points where the energy goes in/ goes out are often fantastic energy centres that can be stimulated, opened and re energised!!!

We have lots and lots of meridian points in the body, acupuncture meridian points are all over the body! but for reflexology the points are found primarily in the Face, Hands and Feet.

Below are diagrams for all of these places to show where they are.

The technique for stimulating meridian points is to use a finger or thumb, to apply pressure directly to the spot and push down in a circular motion, clockwise and then anti-clockwise.

Often crackling or bubbles can be found under the point... keep working the meridian until they go away completely. Any crackling or bubbles are blockages in the energy pathway and need to be gotten rid of.

Do this to each point on either the hand, face or feet.
