Free professional reflexology chart for feet, hand, face

One of the great things about a reflexology chart is the whole body is represented in the feet hands face and ears in a logical repetitive manner

All of the charts here are designed to help you understand and remember where the main organs and areas are so that you only need to refer to maps every now and again.

Print and take them with you (drag and drop the pictures onto your desktop and then print) they are free to use for personal education.

Some diagrams have no organs at all, they show the general area of the body that a part on the hand or foot represents.

By identifying an area you are working on it is easy to know what organs you are doing reflexology on as well,

for example the chest area; we know contains the heart and the lungs, so for someone short of breath the chest area is one that they can do extra reflexology on to help them intake and hold more oxygen.

There are also maps showing how to find just a specific area for example the bladder!

And some to show you how to relieve things like shoulder aches and hangovers, click here to see the different reflexology for pain relief tricks

Reflexology works just as well if you do it yourself or have it done to you, but it is great to do just while relaxing watching TV
