Reflexology Charts Maps & Diagrams!!... Free!

Reflexology charts are generally full of organs and systems to the point where they are overcrowded and hard to take in.

Crowded maps can be daunting to the beginner reflexologist and discouraging to someone who is just thinking about reflexology.

One of the great things about reflexology is that the whole body is represented in the Feet, Hands, Face and Ears, in a logical and repetitive manner.

So including every single organ in a chart is just not necessary, and can sometimes be hindering as it limits your ability to see the body as a whole.

Very detailed charts are made for high level professional reflexologists to identify obscure smaller organs that require attention as a part of an intensive- outcome focused reflexology treatment.

All of the reflexology charts and maps here are designed to help you understand and remember where the main organs and areas are so that you only need to refer to maps every now and again.

Please feel free to print the reflexology charts and maps and take them with you as they are also easily dragged onto a computer desktop and printed.

There are also maps with no organs at all! These are our favourites.

They show just the general area of the body that a part represents.

By identifying an area you are working on it is easy to know what organs you are doing reflexology on as well, for example the chest area; we know contains the heart and the lungs, so for someone short of breath the chest area is one that they can do extra reflexology on to help them intake and hold more oxygen.

Tip! For the best results drink lots of water!
